I have around 9+ years of hands on vast experience as a full stack developer as I have experienced of working with a lot of languages and platforms. Throughout my career, I’ve straddled the fine line between innovation and execution, playing a major role in creating and delivering scalable solutions that close the deal. Today, as I have been serving as a Deputy Manager ( Lead Full Stack Developer ) at Jio Platforms Ltd. I serve as an architect with a living team of which I take leadership as my duties include software architecture, database design and seamless system integration. One thing that gives me great pride is that we meet the highest quality in our software delivered to time and budget.

I’ve always pledged to stay ahead of what’s going on in this sector and what new technology may emerge. This allows me to dedicate my work to create solutions that are a lot more than what a business requires, they simply cannot get by without. Continuous learning is something I believe in and that’s why I always try to do the same in my work and include the most modern advancements they are willing to stay updated with the changing times. I love leadership and mentorship beyond my technical abilities. I want to build a culture around collaboration and believe that cross functional teams can effectively work together. I try to communicate and lead my team members to grow in their profession.
